- Complete and sign Application
- Sign the brochure
- Submit your completed and signed documents
- Submit $40 application fee, payable to Lightner Property Group [Note- on 7-1-2010 the fee increased from $35 to $40 per applicant]
- Submit 25% deposit (payable to the ownership)
- Grab a cub of coffee from your favorite coffee-house and
- Wait for decision!
We are delighted you are interested in the Lightner Property Group application procedure. The basic procedure consists of two forms - the application, as well as a building brochure which provides information about the Lightner Property Group application process. Both of these forms can be downloaded from the Lightner Property Group web site in our Public Library. Both of these application documents must be completely filled out, signed and returned to the rental agent (which will be the on-site manager). Each adult applicant must fully complete the application documents, as well as submit a per applicant $40 application fee (increased to $40 as of 7-1-2010), which covers a small portion of the costs of processing the rental application.
