Our e-mails are intended for the named recipient(s) and for no other person(s).  E-mails are confidential and may also be privileged and therefore protected by law.  If you receive an e-mail in error, you are notified that the communication is confidential and/or privileged and therefor its use and dissemination is restricted. Any dissemination, disclosure, forwarding, copying or the taking of any action, inaction or position based upon the information contained in it, is strictly prohibited and under certain circumstances unlawful. If you have received an e-mail message from us in error, please destroy the message and notify a staff member that you have received a message by mistake. Electronic Signatures

Nothing in any e-mail message sent by Lightner Property Group, Inc. is intended to constitute an Electronic signature for purposes of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) or the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign”) unless a specific statement to the contrary is included in the message.  Our electronic signatures are controlled by the thrid party vendor www.Docusign.com.

Real Estate Information

E-mails containing market or other real estate related information are from sources we deem to be reliable; however, the information often has not been independently verified. We remind interested parties that information always should be independent verified before entering into any real estate transaction, such as a lease, rental agreement, option, purchase or sale.

Deadline Warning Notice

Incoming emails cannot be automatically screened for response deadlines. Please send to us by fax, messenger or regular mail, any message containing deadlines or call and speak directly to a staff member to alert them to any proposed deadline. Our available rentals are offered in full compliance with our national, state and local Fair Housing laws. Lightner Property Group, its affiliates and clients are pledged to the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing laws of the federal, state and local governments. Software

Lightner Property Group uses Microsoft Office 2007 for its word processing, spreadsheet and presentation work. Under some circumstances, prior versions of Office may be unable to properly open and read the 2007 file format. If you have problems reading a Word, Excel or Powerpoint file created by Lightner Property Group and are not running Office 2007, we recommend you install the available Microsoft software patch that will update your Office programs.
