We all know the old adage: “If it’s too good to be true, it isn’t.”  That rule of thumb is as true today as it was the first time it was stated out loud.   Don’t let the pressure of a down market get the better of your good judgement.  

Owners, managers and tenants are warned to be cautious about rental scams.  Check out this one.
