Joint Ventures with Lightner Property Group
Lightner Group couples the infrastructure of a weight lifter with the agility of a gymnast, providing a strong and maneuverable platform to capitalize on real estate opportunities. This nimbleness applies not just to the bricks and mortar of a real estate transaction, but to business relationships as well.
The following are examples of how Lightner Property Group has worked with its business partners to capatilize on the strengths of all parties to create possibilities unavailable to the partners individually. The possibilities are only limited by imagination and initiative.
JOINT VENTURE OWNERSHIP
Build To Suit - 612 Howard Street Lightner Property Group partnered with The Horn Group to acquire and renovate 612 Howard Street, a 100-year-old office building in San Francisco’s South Financial District. The building is the headquarters for both companies while providing both the income and tax benefits attendant with historic building renovation. This success has lead to other joint venture investing.
